Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Anıl Fidan (“Operator”, “we”), who operates cupid visual (cupidvisual.com), and the person or organisation using the service (“User”, “you”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

cupid visual is an online software service that processes your product photos with AI to produce outputs such as background removal, scene placement, on-model display, enhancement, variations, video and exports in marketplace sizes.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse the free trial allowance is prohibited.

• The service is provided through a usage allowance measured in images and videos ("usage allowance"). Each still image uses one image; a video up to 6 seconds uses one video and up to 12 seconds uses two. The allowance an action will use is shown before you start it. The copywriter and SEO tools do not use the allowance, within fair-use limits.
• Monthly plans grant the images and videos stated in the plan at the start of each period. Unused subscription allowance does not roll over to the next period.
• Extra image and video packs are one-time purchases and remain valid while your account is active.
• Usage allowance for actions that fail due to a technical error is returned automatically.
• Usage allowance cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• Images generated with the free trial allowance may carry a watermark.

Plans and extra packs are sold through Creem. Creem acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase: it collects payment, issues your invoice, and calculates and remits applicable VAT and other taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Creem’s terms of sale (creem.io/terms).

• Prices are shown on the checkout page including taxes; currency and tax may vary by your country.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period using the same payment method unless cancelled.
• You can find your invoices and payment history in the Creem customer portal.
• If a payment fails or is charged back, plan benefits and usage allowance may be suspended.

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You own all images, logos and text you upload (“Input”) or confirm that you have the rights needed to use them. In particular, you represent and warrant that:

• you will not upload other people’s photos, trademarks or designs without permission,
• you have obtained the explicit consent of any people shown in your images,
• the content does not violate the law or the rights of third parties.

To provide the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store Input and send it to our AI providers. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

• Generating sexual, violent or hateful content or content involving minors,
• Impersonating real people without consent or creating misleading fakes (deepfakes),
• Infringing third parties’ trademark, copyright or personality rights,
• Creating advertising visuals that misleadingly show features the product does not have,
• Abusing the service through reverse engineering, scraping or overloading.

We may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

• The cupid visual software, design, presets and brand belong to the Operator.
• Provided you follow these terms, you may use the images and videos you generate (“Output”) commercially, including in ads, on marketplaces, social media and websites.
• Due to the nature of AI, similar inputs may lead to similar outputs for other users; Output is not guaranteed to be exclusive.
• We use your Output for promotion only with your explicit permission.

Output is generated automatically and may contain errors, artefacts or details that do not exactly match the product. You are responsible for reviewing Output before publishing and for making sure it represents your product accurately, including compliance with marketplace image rules and advertising law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, failures at third-party providers or force majeure. We may change or remove presets, models and features over time.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where it would conflict with mandatory consumer law.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. Unused usage allowance is not refunded when an account is closed, except as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers retain their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, and any mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence.
