Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the cupid visual website and app (cupidvisual.com) operated by Anıl Fidan (“we”). Users in the European Economic Area and the UK can find detailed information on legal bases and their rights in the GDPR Privacy Notice; users in Türkiye in the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni (Turkish version of this site).

• Account and contact details: name, email address, phone number when you use the contact form and, if you sign in with Google, your basic Google profile.
• Content: photos you upload, brand kit files, text you enter and the images/videos you generate.
• Usage and transaction details: subscription, usage allowance (image/video) history, generation history, your feedback.
• Technical details: IP address, device/browser type, error and security logs.
• Payment details: the seller for your purchases is Creem. Your card, billing address and tax details are processed by Creem under its own privacy policy (creem.io/privacy); we only see payment status and an order summary.

• To provide the service: processing your images with the preset you choose and showing you the results.
• To manage your account, subscription and usage allowance (images/videos).
• To keep the service secure and detect abuse and inappropriate content.
• To answer your support requests and improve the service.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

When you start a generation, your image and related settings are sent to our AI infrastructure provider Wiro and the model providers it works with, solely to produce the result.

• We do not use your images to train our own AI models.
• We do not publish your outputs in showcases or galleries without your explicit permission.
• Uploaded and generated images may be scanned automatically to prevent inappropriate content.

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with the providers below that help us run the service, and with competent authorities where legally required:

Some of our providers are located outside Türkiye. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards under the GDPR, and comply with Turkish law. See the GDPR Privacy Notice for details.

Images on free accounts are kept for 30 days; on paid accounts for the duration of the subscription and 30 days after it ends. Account and security records are kept for the periods required by law. See the GDPR Privacy Notice for details.

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS); your files are stored in private storage accessible only to you, and row-level access rules are enforced in the database. No system can guarantee complete security, but we apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing, to request a copy of your data and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and images in the app or write to info@cupidvisual.com.

The service is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
