Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the Creem customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep using your remaining images and videos until then and will not be charged for the next period.

Because Creem is the seller of your purchase, withdrawal and refunds are handled under Creem’s terms of sale (creem.io/terms) and the consumer law of your country.

cupid visual is a digital service performed immediately online. For digital services whose performance has started with your explicit consent — that is, once you start using the usage allowance (images/videos) — the right of withdrawal ends (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ; EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)). This consent is collected at checkout.

In addition, if none of the purchased images or videos have been used within 14 days of purchase, we will arrange a full refund on request.

• Usage allowance (images/videos) for generations that fail due to a technical error is returned to your account automatically.
• For successfully completed generations, not liking the result is not grounds for returning the usage allowance; however, you can contact support in case of a clear service error (e.g. a corrupted file).
• Partially used extra packs and subscription periods are not refunded pro rata.

Send your refund request with your order number to info@cupidvisual.com or directly to Creem support. Approved refunds are paid by Creem to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear. Usage allowance corresponding to the refunded amount is removed from your account.

This policy does not limit your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 or other mandatory consumer law.
